Its predecessor, Super Mario Galaxy, was an amazing visual treat that shook up the Mario series. Its predecessor introduced new characters and challenges, and Super Mario Galaxy 2 continued the trend. It was also a technical challenge. As a result, the game is an insider’s guide to Nintendo’s future success.

Nintendo partnered with Blue Falcon Games East to develop the game, and its release was scheduled for 7th May. Although the game is a sequel, it was initially intended to be a reworked version of Super Mario Galaxy. In fact, it would have included some of the scrapped ideas from the original game. However, the development team expanded on the idea, and it was later released as a full-fledged sequel.
